Do I need a background in politics?
No. We value curiosity, rigor, and clear thinking. Backgrounds in social sciences, statistics, journalism, communication, design, and technology are all relevant.
Is AOMAORAA affiliated with a political party?
No. We are non-partisan, and we expect professional work to be kept separate from personal political views.
Where will I work?
Our core team works from New Delhi. Some roles may involve work with our Strategy Centers.
